The method of preparation: Take a deep pan and heat 3 table spoon of butter in it along with 1 tablespoon of oil. Once it begins heating just add the bay leaves and half of the crushed coriander along with cinnamon and cloves. Stir for two minutes. Add cottage cheese pieces to it and keep it on flame. Add water and salt and cook for nearly 6 minutes. Add the tomato puree that you prepared before hand and stir the mixture. Cover it with a lid and cook on dim flame for five minutes. Once you get the right smell take it away from the flame and keep it aside for few minutes. After it cools down add cream to it and mix well to give it right consistency. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve as it is with hot chapattis.
